Pofuu (“we”, “us”) operates pofuu.com, a free browser games portal. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with COPPA, GDPR and KVKK. This policy explains what we collect — and, importantly, what we do not.

What we collect

• No account, no personal data. Pofuu does not require sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email or any personal identifier.
• Local storage on your device. Game progress, high scores and favorites are stored only in your browser’s localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
• Privacy-first analytics. For page statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, no profiles, no cross-site tracking). For aggregated gameplay statistics — sessions, playtime, level progress, retention — we use GameAnalytics, which stores a random anonymous player ID in your browser and derives country-level location from your IP address without storing it with your data. GameAnalytics acts strictly as our data processor, is certified under the kidSAFE Seal Program, and never uses this data for advertising or profiling. In the EU, UK, Switzerland and Türkiye it runs only after you accept via the cookie banner.

Advertising

Pofuu is supported by advertising. We use contextual (non-personalized) ads so that no behavioral profile is required. When advertising for audiences that may include children under 13, COPPA-safe / non-personalized ad modes are enforced. Ad partners may set technical cookies strictly necessary to serve and frequency-cap ads; in the EU/UK these run only after consent.

We also use Google Ads to measure conversions from our own advertising campaigns. We never grant ad-personalization or remarketing consent, so this tag is used for contextual conversion measurement only and does not build a behavioral profile. Children’s privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No account is needed and game progress is stored only on your device. Advertising is contextual and non-personalized. Gameplay analytics run in a COPPA-safe “support for internal operations” configuration: the anonymous player ID is used only for aggregated game statistics, is never shared with advertising partners, and is never used for behavioral advertising or profiling.

Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

We keep data collection to a minimum and hold no account data. On-device data — game progress and the anonymous analytics ID — can be cleared at any time through your browser’s storage settings, and you can change or withdraw your consent via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. To request deletion of gameplay analytics data held by our processor, or for any other privacy question, contact [email protected].

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
